Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: a passion for technology and innovation! For the Business Operations Support Officer position, we expect you to:
Tenders & Competitions Support
Handle tender opportunities procedure, organize tender files and prepare participation documentation.
Documents submission on Greek E-Procurement (ESHDHS) system.
Handle naming certificates, beneficial ownership documents, and award confirmations.
Draft clarification letters, coordinate deadline extensions, and prepare participation guarantees.
Support the creation of participation minutes (UNI: prime, subcontracting, simple loan structures).
Contracting & Legal Documentation
- Prepare invitations, assignments, and supporting documents.
- Process guarantees (issuance, tracking, returns, extensions).
- Manage contract files, powers of attorney, ownership/beneficiary documentation, and certificate updates.
- Communicate with relevant parties regarding returns, authorizations, and required documentation.
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage daily administrative tasks (invoices, orders, travel, meetings, expenses, mail) and onboarding essentials.
- Coordinate signatures, payment clearances, and contract processing.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.
We would like you to have:
University or College degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a similar role specially operating e-procurement
Basic Knowledge of public sector’s procedures
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and verbal)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to work and collaborate with various teams within the organization
