At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Principal Business Consultant to join our UniQue Advisory Services Banking team.
What will you be bringing to the team?

- Lead the analysis of client needs, defining project scopes, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, promote a client-first approach and understanding the nuances of their business.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants, ensuring alignment with best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding and usage of our solutions.
- Facilitate feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and develop business cases to support client decision-making.
- Oversee project implementations, ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in business consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering results.
- Deep knowledge of industry-specific trends, challenges, and best practices, particularly within financial services or technology sectors.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and project management software.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
