Job Description
We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Security Solutions Architect for NG-SIEM & AI to join our UniQue Cybersecurity Solutions team, part of the Enterprise & Presales Solutions Division.
In this role, you will interact directly with internal teams, clients and partners, and will be responsible for the design and presentation of cybersecurity solutions that enhance our SOC/MDR offerings and AI-enabled services, effectively bridging business and technology.

For the Security Solutions Architect position, we expect you to:
Manage the overall design of high-quality solutions for NG-SIEM, Security Operations & AI‑enabled security solutions for complex projects in GR and EU.
Act as a trusted lead advisor providing high level guidance, owning and evolving your area of expertise by working with internal teams, partners and customers.
Influence customer decision making through delivery knowledge/value discussions.
Support the presales cycle: discovery, demos and contributing to technical proposals.
Produce quality documentation and architecture in Cybersecurity solution domain.
Keep abreast of new technology developments and innovations by continuous learning, providing proof of concepts (PoC’s), etc. and recommend improvements to architectural processes, tools, and security standards.
Translate technical capabilities into business value.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
MSc degree in Information Security and/or Information Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, related vendor-provided) will be highly appreciated.
At least 3 years proven presales / solutions design experience in cybersecurity (including SIEM/SOAR, XDR, or related) with a total of 8 years experience in ICT, preferably in engineering.
Familiarity with at least one enterprise SIEM and SOAR; comfortable discussing log onboarding, detections and KPIs at a high level.
Knowledge of AI-driven tools within security and understanding how they can be effectively applied within modern architectures.
Proficiency in English (written & verbal).
Strategic, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset.
Effective communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders, alongside strong negotiation skills.
Accountability and result orientation to innovative and high-quality delivery. Ability to set and meet strict deadlines and maintain performance under demanding conditions.
