At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Service Desk Banking Agent to join our UniQue team!
What will you be bringing to the team?
· Logging all relevant incidents, problems, service requests details and allocating categorization, prioritization and urgency.
· Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis
· Escalating incidents and service requests to 2nd level support teams (systems, network and content collaboration) and informing Service managers when its applicable (Critical/High incidents)
· Keeping Customer or internal users informed of progress
· Updating the Knowledge Base
· Monitoring and updating CMDB
· Reporting activities
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Working experience with the below:
ü HW/SW inventory knowledge
ü Excellent analysis and problem solving
ü Prioritizing incidents, requests, changes and problems
ü Familiar with ITIL framework
ü Basic banking knowledge experience
ü Web and mobile banking basic experience
ü End of day banking batch process and monitoring knowledge
ü IT infrastructure basic knowledge
ü Microsoft Azure Cloud Knowledge
ü Availability to work on 24X7 rotating shift (Monday to Sunday including Holidays).
ü Fluent in English
