About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI / ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. This role involves building scalable, production-ready pipelines across cloud and on-premises environments while driving innovation through advanced analytics and AI models.
You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating across teams, influencing key decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
- Build and maintain production-ready data and ML pipelines (cloud/on-premises)
- Apply Generative AI techniques including deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable machine learning solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability
- Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-driven environment
- Contribute to technical decision-making and solution design
- Continuously improve development processes, standards, and delivery quality

Ability to work in a lead/ownership role across teams
Experience with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
Strong background in data engineering and analytics
Experience in cloud-based AI services
Exposure to MLOps and DevOps practices
Work on next-generation AI and Generative AI solutions
