We are a non-partisan philanthropic venture fund founded in 2013, operating through several legal entities. Our main work, which began in 2019, involves investing in candidates, campaigns, and other organizations to promote nonpartisan election reforms.

We mobilize philanthropic investments for reform campaigns across the United States. For example, we’ve supported an anti-gerrymandering campaign in Virginia, helped implement a top-four nonpartisan primary system in Alaska, and backed a ballot initiative in Nevada for similar reforms.

Internally, we manage our planning and investment processes. We also handle the financial and operational aspects of our programs, conducting due diligence, making investment recommendations, and overseeing the execution of ballot and legislative campaigns.

Our mission is to build a more representative government that prioritizes voters and reflects the country’s diversity. We want leaders to focus on solving problems rather than division, creating an inclusive democracy.

We offer competitive compensation, with salaries varying by role (for example, $110,000-135,000 and $160,000-190,000 for specific positions).
