Work fully remote delivering cognitive care to older adults—flexible blocks, paid no-shows.

- Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Pay: ~$50 per standard session (~1 hour); ~$200 per 4-hour block
- Work type: 100% remote / telehealth (contract); flexible schedule
- Schedule: Flexible 4-hour blocks; optional evenings; no mandatory weekends
- Impact: Own your patients end-to-end and support early cognitive decline—no school caseloads.
What You’ll Do
Deliver cognitive rehab for early-stage neurodegenerative conditions
Lead telehealth speech and swallow evaluations
Use your own cognitive rehab materials and protocols
Educate patients and families with clear, calm guidance
Document sessions and care plans efficiently
Coordinate care in a low-bureaucracy, clinician-led setup
Must-Haves
Active SLP license in CA, OR, OH, or FL
Experience with Alzheimer’s, MCI, or mild dementia
Comfort treating early-stage cognitive impairment
Adult/geriatric focus (not pediatric or school-based)
Confident bedside manner with patients and families
Reliable internet and private workspace
Nice to Have
Spanish language skills
Telehealth experience
Dementia-focused cognitive rehab training
