Role: Technical Project Manager
- Location/Type: Remote – Philippines only
- Pay: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month DOE
- Schedule: Full-time • US business hours
Lead active projects across product, ops, and engineering. Track progress, follow up fast, and keep work moving.
What you’ll do
Set up tasks, timelines, and owners in Airtable
Drive delivery across product, ops, and eng teams
Run meetings, follow-ups, and status check-ins
Coordinate both software and process rollouts
Keep all stakeholders aligned and accountable
Flag blockers and delays early
Must-haves
3+ years managing tech/ops projects
Strong written English (Slack, docs, email)
Solid with async + remote workflows
Tools: Airtable, Jira, Rocketlane (or similar)
Based in the Philippines—other regions not considered
Nice to have
Experience managing vendors or support teams
Familiar with clinical ops or business process delivery
