We founded Veratrak in 2018 as a software company specializing in life sciences supply chains, including pharmaceuticals, software integration, and external manufacturing. We offer “the Hub,” a supply chain platform that integrates and orchestrates between pharmaceutical manufacturers and their external supply partners (Contract Manufacturing Organizations, Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations, and Third-Party Logistics providers).

The platform harmonizes data and document exchanges, connecting global teams. It automatically extracts, synthesizes, and visualizes logistics partner performance metrics. This data helps reduce decision delays, protect continuity, and preempt disruptions. We help customers identify hidden risks and operational breakdowns that traditional planning tools might miss. This can cut costs by reducing expedited freight and decision delays, giving customers more control over external partner execution.

Our solutions address challenges in external manufacturing, demand planning, inventory management, and supply planning by integrating real-time external data. The platform gives external supply transparency without requiring suppliers to change their existing workflows. We use blockchain technology to ensure data integrity. It integrates with ERP/SAP, LIMS, MES/QMS systems, and offers API extensions.

Our platform complies with industry regulatory requirements, including GAMP 5 guidelines, EU GMP Annex 11, GxP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. We hold ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 27001 Security Standard certifications. We implement encryption, secure access controls, and regular security assessments to maintain data integrity.
