About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Dealdesk Manager to support our growing revenue organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to structure complex deals, optimize pricing and approval workflows, and ensure scalable, compliant commercial processes. You will play a critical role in helping the sales team to succeed and driving operational excellence across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

  • Act as a primary contact and subject matter expert for Quote/Order Form creation, contract requirements, pricing, operations, approval policies, commercial terms, and resolving deal issues or sales escalations in your region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GTM, Finance, Legal, and Product, to review and address concerns related to non-standard deal structures.
  • Continuously monitor deals from quote creation to opportunity closure in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy, including processes to continuously check this data.
  • Provide quick and efficient support to GTM team members as they work to acquire new customers or retain existing ones.
  • Conduct multiple Data Quality checks to ensure the CRM has the utmost data integrity.
  • Assist the team by taking on special projects, including data cleansing, process improvement, delivering enablement, and improving adoption.

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:

  • 3 years of experience as a Deal Desk Manager or similar experience in a Go To Market function in a fast paced startup environment
  • Highly detail-oriented and diligent
  • An ability to see the bigger picture
  • Understanding of the sales process and sales cycles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
  • Knowledge of contract management and order processing.

You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration
  • Knowledge in process automation and tooling
  • Trilingual in English/Spanish/Portuguese
