Agent-Onboarding Quality Control Specialist

The Agent-OnboardingQualityControlSpecialistwillberesponsible for ensuringthattheprocessesrelatedtotheopeningofnewagenciescomply with thequalitystandardsestablishedbyViamericas,alignedwiththeindustryandregulations.Thispositioniscriticalbecauseofthequality standardsthatarebeingdemanded,thusminimizingagenciesthatcloseinlessthan90daysandmonitoringexceptionsincreditapproval.

Duties and Responsabilities

Identifying andCorrectingErrors:

  • Identifyandcorrecterrors,whichmaybemadeduringtheonboardingprocess,proactively,reducingtheneedforsubsequentcorrectionsandimprovingoperationalefficiency.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuouslyreviewandproposeoptimizationsin the On-Boardingprocesses,suggestingbestpracticesandadjustingprocedurestoincreaseefficiency.Thiswillnotonlyspeeduptheactivationtimeofnewagencies,butalsofree up resourcesforothercriticalactivities.
  • Suggestmetricsandevaluationsystemstomonitortheperformanceoftheopeningprocess.

Documentation Control:

  • Validatethecorrectreceiptandverificationofthedocumentationnecessaryfortheopeningofnewagencies,ensuringcompliancewithlegalandregulatoryrequirements.
  • Implementthefollow-uptodeadlines andexceptionsmadeduringtheincorporationprocessthatoccursforcertainapplications,ensuringthateachfileiscompleted.

Staff TrainingandDevelopment:

  • Implementone-to-onefeedbackprogramsforthestaffinvolvedintheOnboardingprocess,accordingtocontinuousauditingas themain part of the role.
  • Conductcasestudiesforperiodicgroupmeetingsseekingtobealignedwithqualitystandardsandbestpractices,whichwillcontributetogreaterteamcohesionandeffectiveness.

Track testingfortheonboardingprocessinSalesforce

  • Followup on theprocessofchangingtheonboardingplatformfromViaSalestoSalesforce,identifyingandreportingbugsasneeded.Identifyopportunitiesforimprovementintheprocess.
  • Collaboratecloselywithsales,operations,andtechnicalteamstoensure that issuesareresolvedin a timelymannerandnecessaryimprovementsareimplementedtooptimizethenewagentonboardingexperience.
  • Followuponproposalsinstagesaccordingtotheexecutionoftheprojectandbeinconstantobservationandreviewofimprovementsaccordingtothebusinesscasesthatariseand/ordifferentcontextsoftheindustryandthecompanyingeneral.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Make sure you and your team read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas’ Staff Information Security Policy.
  • Make sure you and your team attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas.
  • Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded, and opened a suspicious file, etc.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The incumbentwillhavetocoverforvacationsor absencesoftheTeamLeaderor Supervisorandco-leadtheAgent-OnboardingDepartmentintheMedellínandTijuanaoffices.

Qualifications

  • Technologicaldegreeinbusinessadministration,businesslogistics,finance,orrelated field.
  • IntermediatelevelofEnglish
  • At least two years of experience in supervisory roles within operational environments, such as call centers or administrative functions, preferably with a focus on quality control, compliance, or onboarding processes.
  • Proficient in the useofofficetoolssuchasMicrosoftofficeandothers.
  • Additional Certifications:Customerserviceandtelephonesupport.
  • Abilitytodetecterrorsandproposeeffectivesolutions.
  • Excellentcommunicationandteamworkskills.Attentiontodetailandabilitytomanagemultipletasksefficiently.
  • Creativityandinnovationtosuggestandcreateimprovementactions,basedontheoptimizationofresources.
  • Usetoolstomeasureandcontrolplannedobjectivesandresultsachieved.

Working Conditions

Generalworking officeconditionswith ahybridwork schedule.OccasionaltraveltoourTijuana,Mexicooffice.Availabilitytoworkon weekends and overtimedepending onoperationalneeds.
