Job Description
The Consumer Solutions team at Visa Vietnam & Laos is dedicated to delivering innovative payment products and solutions that drive value for clients and cardholders. As part of a dynamic, cross-functional group, the team collaborates closely with issuers, partners, and internal stakeholders to shape the future of payments in the region.
What a Product Analyst, Consumer Solutions, Vietnam & Laos does at Visa:
The Product Analyst at Visa plays a key role in driving the success of the Cardholder Benefit platform by managing its annual roadmap and ensuring seamless execution. This involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, overseeing agreements, and continuously reviewing performance metrics. The role also includes tracking monthly OPEX and CONTRA to maintain alignment with annual objectives and evaluating platform effectiveness. Additionally, the analyst prepares monthly MIS reports to monitor OKRs for the Vietnam Product & Solution team.
Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, a customer-centric mindset to anticipate client needs, and solid business acumen to support sustainable growth. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cardholder Benefit Platform Development and Management:
- Work with different stakeholders in the Consumer Solutions Team and other cross-functional teams to build an annual Cardholder Benefit platform.
- Develop business justifications.
- Execute agreements with Issuers/Vendors.
- Report post-campaign performance and conduct performance reviews.
OPEX and CONTRA Management:
- Manage and track OPEX and CONTRA monthly.
- Ensure all platforms are in line with the OKRs
- Measure platform performance.
- Management Information Systems (MIS) Reporting:
- Responsible for MIS reports to track all the KPIs of the Vietnam Product & Solution team monthly.
Product Strategy and Delivery:
- Partner closely with clients to drive impactful product strategies and deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with issuers to continuously evaluate, manage, and refine product line strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and client objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on consumer products, leading the end-to-end development and launch of new products from concept to market delivery.
- Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to act as a catalyst for new business wins with major clients and non-traditional partners.
Projects you will be a part of:
- Building and managing the annual Cardholder Benefit platform.
- Leading the development and launch of new consumer products from concept to delivery.
- Collaborating with issuers to evaluate, manage, and refine product line strategies.
- Working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive new business opportunities.

Qualifications
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years experience in financial services – either in banks and/or management consulting firms
- A basic understanding of Vietnam’s bank and payments regulatory policies
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech-driven environment
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data and arrive at sound recommendations
- Self-motivated and highly results-driven, with a strong bias for action
- Ability to identify potential opportunities and develop tactics to approach partners
- Vision and passion for our business, with high energy and intelligence
- Demonstrated track record in planning and project management
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial and nimble, while also able to navigate a globally matrixed environment
