About Visual Concepts
Founded in 1988, we are a video game developer and a 2K studio, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. For over 35 years, we have developed game franchises like NBA 2K, WWE 2K, and LEGO 2K Drive.
Our development work covers creating in-game modes, user-created content for a community of over 50,000 members, and building gameplay features. We design and refine game elements such as realistic environments, character models (including players, coaches, mascots, clothing, and shoes), user interfaces, and AI-driven agents.
Our technical efforts involve building and maintaining tools for art departments, optimizing asset pipelines, and implementing realistic cloth simulations. We use technologies and methodologies including Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Havok Cloth, Shotgrid, scripting systems, and our proprietary game engines and tools.
