We are an energy and commodities company that trades and distributes energy around the world. We operate across the energy spectrum, including oil, power, renewables, and carbon credits. We source from producers, refiners, and intermediaries, delivering to refineries, utilities, airlines, retail distribution networks, wholesalers, and other traders.

We manage the physical risk associated with moving energy globally. We trade over 7 million barrels per day of crude oil and products and charter approximately 6,000 ship voyages annually. We also manage a global network of energy infrastructure, which includes approximately 10,000 service stations, 850kbpd refining capacity, and around 24 million cubic meters of storage.

In our upstream operations, we are invested in US shale through VTX and a Ghana upstream project, totaling a production capacity of 70kboepd. We have committed over $2 billion to renewable projects and sustainable energy solutions, aiming to facilitate the energy transition. Our operations are supported by proprietary technology applications developed and maintained in-house.
