Job Description
Project Type: Contract
Role: Presentation Designer
Duration: 3 Months
Rate: $75/hour
Location: Remote (CST or EST preferred)
Hours: Project-based (estimated 20–30 hours per week per project)
Workload will vary; availability for occasional weekend work is required
We are seeking an experienced freelance Presentation Designer to support the development of pitch and sales decks across multiple projects. The ideal candidate can quickly understand and translate brand identity into polished, visually compelling presentations.
This is a project-based role over a 3-month period, with assignments that are sporadic and fast-paced, requiring quick turnaround times. You will be engaged as needed throughout the quarter and should be comfortable working under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to design and enhance pitch and sales presentations
Quickly absorb and apply brand guidelines across multiple deliverables
Create visually engaging, high-impact presentation decks
Manage multiple short-turnaround projects simultaneously
Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and overall visual quality
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to deliver polished final materials
Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed, to meet deadlines
Qualifications
Proven experience designing presentation decks for pitch and sales use (portfolio required)
Must have strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative presentation work
Background in Art Direction
Must have proficiency in Figma and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
Must have agency or big brand experience
Ability to quickly adapt to different brand styles and project needs
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute under tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the financial services industry
Motion/animation skills (nice to have)
Versatile creative style with a broad, high-quality portfolio
