We were founded by Stephanie Nadi Olson with a talent-first approach, advocating for remote work, inclusion, and flexibility.

We Are Rosie has a core team of 11-50 employees and a community of over 35,000 freelance marketers, known as ‘Rosies.’

The company fosters a human-centric, inclusive, and flexible culture, emphasizing collaboration and industry change. It aims to break outdated rules and build new processes.

The name, ‘We Are Rosie,’ is inspired by founder Stephanie Nadi Olson’s daughter, Margot Rose. The name reflects its commitment to building a better industry for the next generation of marketers and signifies that the community is open to marketing professionals of every gender and identity.

We offer flexible job opportunities for our community of marketers, known as Rosies. These engagements can range from 1 to 24 months and include full-time, fractional, part-time, or project-based work.

We maintain a human-first approach, providing ongoing virtual orientation sessions and office hours. Rosies have access to development and networking opportunities through workshops, trainings, and a Slack community.

Full-time Rosies working 30 or more hours weekly are eligible for healthcare, dental, 401k, and other benefits. Remote work is also available.
