Rate: $65
Hours: 30–40 hrs/week
Location: Remote- must work CST/EST hours
About the Role:
The client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support content operations for the agency partnership team. This is a fast-paced, short-term engagement requiring someone who can hit the ground running, manage multiple moving pieces, and keep approval workflows on track.
Looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, corporate environment, is comfortable owning a process end-to-end, and can jump in immediately with minimal ramp-up time.
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize articles/content from the agency partner
- Upload and manage assets in Workfront and Google Drive
- Track and manage content through the full approval timeline
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency contacts to keep deliverables moving
- Proactively flag bottlenecks or delays in the approval process
- Maintain clear documentation of status, versions, and next steps
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager 5+ years, ideally in a content, marketing, or agency-facing capacity
- Strong operations background
- Proficiency with Workfront (required)
- Experience with Google Drive-based file/asset management
- Prior experience in financial services or a Fortune 500 environment (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to move quickly, stay responsive, and anticipate next steps
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
