We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in automations & systems to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across internal systems;
Develop and implement API integrations, with a strong focus on M onday.com;
Create custom-coded solutions (any programming language is acceptable, provided proficiency);
Leverage AI tools to design automation logic, API calls, and system workflows;
Troubleshoot, optimize, and document system performance and integrations;
Independently manage technical projects end-to-end without internal programming supervision;
Track tasks and progress using Trello and log hours via Clockify;
Proven hands-on experience with coding (language-agnostic);
Solid experience working with APIs (experience with monday.com APIs is a strong plus);
Strong systems-thinking and automation-first mindset;
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions proactively;
Experience building automation workflows and technical integrations;
High attention to detail and technical accuracy;
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development and workflow design;
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 4$ - 15$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
