We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in event marketing and funnel management to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Confirm event dates, venue, speakers, bios, and presentation materials;

  • Manage deadlines for headshots, slides, and content delivery;

  • Coordinate logistics between Growth, Marketing, and Media teams;

  • Duplicate and update monthly event landing pages ( Squarespace);

  • Connect forms to CRM via FollowUpBoss + Zapier;

  • Test all automations, tags, confirmation emails, and workflows;

  • Oversee Canva graphics, promotional videos, and social scheduling;

  • Manage email invitations, reminders, and warmup sequences;

  • Post and pin Facebook Live sessions and replay posts;

  • Finalize and test slide decks;

  • Ensure testimonials and behind-the-scenes content are captured;

  • Upload replays and create replay pages;

  • Send recap emails and launch a 10-day replay + next-event cadence;

  • Track conversions from registration → attendance → booked calls;

  • Maintain an event dashboard with monthly KPIs;

  • Conduct 15-minute debriefs with Growth and Marketing teams;

  • Recommend improvements and update SOPs for future events;

  • Strong project management skills (able to manage timelines, checklists, and dependencies);

  • Experience with Squarespace, Zapier, and FollowUpBoss;

  • Understanding of digital marketing, social scheduling, and email campaigns;

  • Comfortable duplicating and editing Canva templates;

  • Basic coordination of video/media assets (no editing required);

  • Clear communication + ability to update landing page copy, emails, and captions;

  • Confident working in Sheets/CRM reports for analytics;

  • Able to hold others accountable and ensure deadlines are met;

  • Work from home;

  • Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);

  • Starting salary between 4$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
