Location - SF Bay Area hybrid
About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Product Marketing Manager to help scale Doximity Scribe, our AI-powered ambient documentation product built for the realities of clinical practice.
Scribe lives in the middle of the clinical day. It runs alongside patient visits, calls, and documentation workflows where trust is earned or lost in seconds. This is not a nice-to-have AI feature. It is a product doctors rely on when time is tight and attention is fragmented.
In the last year, Scribe moved out of beta and into a more competitive and more visible phase. This role will own how clinicians discover Scribe, decide to trust it, and make it part of their daily workflow. You will shape positioning and messaging, drive lifecycle and in-product growth, and work hand-in-hand with Product and Design to eliminate friction and unnecessary steps.
This role comes with real ownership and real stakes. The decisions you make will directly affect adoption, retention, and how clinicians experience AI inside Doximity.
If you want to work on AI that shows up where medicine actually happens, and you care deeply about building tools doctors trust and keep using, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own MAU and habit formation across the full funnel by identifying leverage points and scaling what works.
- Drive onboarding, activation, and usage loops in close partnership with Product and Design.
- Define and sharpen Scribe’s clinician-credible value proposition, tailored by specialty and use case.
- Run high-velocity experiments and use funnel and cohort data to guide decisions.
- Build a trusted, clinician-first AI narrative that’s clear, human, and consistent.
- Turn clinician insight and usage data into product influence and growth priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle-focused roles
- Proven ability to drive user adoption, activation, or engagement for a product
- Comfort owning work independently from strategy through execution
- Strong instincts for positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Experience running experiments and using data to inform decisions
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools (email, in-product messaging, experimentation)
- Ability to translate complex or technical concepts (especially AI-driven ones) into clear user value
- Bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous learning
- Experience with clinician-facing, SaaS, or healthcare products is a plus, but not required
