We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in TikTok shop management and e-commerce growth to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Own TikTok Shop end-to-end: product listings, pricing, promotions, and storefront management;
Drive revenue through a combination of organic content, creators, and paid ads;
Build and scale creator and affiliate programs with a strong focus on sales performance;
Continuously test and optimize strategies to increase conversions and revenue;
Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- TikTok Ads
- Amazon
- Walmart Marketplace
- Google Ads
Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates;
Allocate budget effectively and scale winning campaigns;
Expand successful TikTok strategies into platforms such as:
- Shopify
- Amazon
- Walmart.com
- Faire and wholesale channels
Optimize product listings across all platforms for conversion and discoverability;
Identify opportunities for bundling, pricing, and merchandising improvements;
Manage inventory flow across channels to prevent stockouts and overstocking;
Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product availability;
Analyze performance data across channels and campaigns;
Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations;
Continuously test, iterate, and improve performance based on data;
Proven track record managing TikTok Shop with measurable revenue results;
Deep expertise in TikTok (content strategy, creators, affiliates, and paid ads);
Hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop from early stage to revenue growth;
Experience managing at least one additional platform ( Amazon, Walmart, etc.);
Strong performance marketing background with paid ads experience;
Highly data-driven with the ability to make fast decisions;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment;
Strong ownership mindset (accountable for results, not just tasks);
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 8$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
