We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in operations and social media monitoring to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Irrigation Monitoring (Primary Responsibility)
- Log in daily via VPN to access plant/sensor dashboards;
- Monitor water levels and environmental values across multiple rooms/zones;
- Compare readings against target ranges provided by the client;
- Make small irrigation adjustments when necessary (e.g., modify watering duration or frequency) following written rules;
- Maintain extreme accuracy when adjusting numeric values (e.g., distinguishing 5 minutes vs. 50 minutes);
- Document daily checks and changes in a structured log for review;
- Flag anomalies or irregular patterns to leadership immediately;
Social Media & Brand Monitoring (Secondary Responsibility)
Monitor Reddit and other online platforms for brand mentions;
Engage using neutral customer-style accounts (not official company accounts);
Respond politely to comments, questions, or complaints;
Share positive feedback and help reinforce brand reputation;
Escalate repeated complaints or serious issues;
Assist in drafting responses for official accounts when needed;
Extremely detail-oriented and careful with numbers;
Comfortable working with dashboards and remote systems via VPN;
Strong computer skills and troubleshooting ability;
Organized and process-driven;
Ability to follow written instructions and checklists precisely;
Good written English for online engagement and communication;
Reliable and consistent with daily check-ins (including weekends);
Experience in social media community management;
Experience with agricultural systems or environmental monitoring is a plus;
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 6$ - 7$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
