In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the Onboarding team; Make scheduled calls/Incoming calls to new clients looking assistance or clients onboarding to new products looking for assistance, end to end onboarding experience , client onboarding - all products, platform education/training , manage a rotating roster of clients.
  • Facilitate Experiments: we will run multiple experiments to assess the viability of certain approaches, processes, or tactics to grow our client base and AUM.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by meeting each client where they are.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders and get things done.
  • Treat your work with urgency.
  • Share Feedback: You will help identify trends with the Onboarding team and wider CXO pillars to identify opportunities for the business, and support product improvements.

  • Technical expertise - You are very comfortable using technology and understanding how things work.
  • Attention to Detail - You sweat the details. You know what top tier performance looks like because you have been a top tier performer and you know how to find the details that help your colleagues take performance to the next level.
  • Proactive & assertive - You spot product opportunities before they become problematic. When you spot an opportunity, you jump on it.
  • Communication - You understand that in this role you will need to work directly with different groups to help communicate the product requirements and roadmap. This involves pulling information from data sources, clients and team members, synthesizing this information, and then building the business case to drive the product forward.
  • Results Driven - Wealthsimple is a data driven organization and you feel comfortable using and manipulating data to drive insights that help drive tangible team results.

Requirements:

  • Have a proven track record of success (can be backed up with measurable results)
  • Minimum 2 years client facing work experience
  • Having in depth knowledge of processes at Wealthsimple is highly desirable

Compensation & Equity

🤑 Base salary range: For this role, candidates located in Canada can expect a base salary range of CAD $54,400 - $68,000. Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and role level. Exceptional candidates may be considered above the top of the range, and pay can increase quickly for those who make a big impact in the role.

🚀 Total compensation: In addition to base salary, this role includes equity compensation. We use clear job levels and market-based salary bands to ensure compensation is fair and consistent across the company.
