We are AV-BASE Systems, Inc., also known as WinAir, based in London, Ontario, Canada. Founded in 1988, we have over 35 years of experience developing aviation management software.
Companies worldwide use our software, most recently WinAir Version 7, to track and manage aircraft maintenance and inventory. Our system helps them meet compliance standards, improve reliability, and ensure data accuracy. We support various aviation operations, including airlines, heli-ops, law enforcement agencies, oil industry suppliers, Maintenance and Repair Organizations (MROs), Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMOs), medical evacuation response teams, charters, and special mission operators, as well as those managing fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and mixed-fleet operations.
We offer several services, such as end-to-end assessments, project management for software implementation, compliance and data loading, inventory data import, multi-tiered training, aircraft template services, and cloud hosting. We also integrate our software with accounting and flight operations systems. Clients receive dedicated support from a Client Advocate.
Currently, we serve hundreds of aviation operations in over 30 countries. Our software is used by more than 15,000 people who manage maintenance for over 9,000 aircraft.
