Window Nation is seeking enthusiastic Event Sales Representatives to represent our brand at local festivals, community events, home shows, and retail locations throughout the Pittsburgh area. In this role, you’ll engage with homeowners, generate qualified leads, and help connect customers with one of the nation’s leading home improvement companies.

What You’ll Do
- Represent Window Nation at local events, fairs, festivals, and home shows
- Engage attendees through friendly, professional conversations
- Identify homeowners who may benefit from our products and services
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations for our sales team
- Consistently achieve lead-generation goals and earn performance-based bonuses
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including transporting and handling marketing materials

Schedule
- 10–30 hours per week
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Must be available to work at least two weekends per month

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local events
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, brand ambassador, lead generation, or sales experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift and move event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Including:
Pittsburgh, Robinson, Cranberry Township, Monroeville, Greensburg, Mt. Lebanon, Washington, Butler, and surrounding communities.
