Your Role

As a Partner Success Manager at Mantle, you’ll work at the intersection of product, project management, and business development. You’ll own the end-to-end process for ecosystem product delivery, from ideation to execution, while negotiating deals that expand Mantle’s reach - also termed as success. Your responsibilities will span coordination across internal teams, market research, project management, and hands-on partner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Product & Project Ownership: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of key ecosystem products and initiatives, managing timelines and cross-functional teams.

  • Partner Engagement: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential partners—including DeFi protocols, centralized exchanges, and competitor chains—to support Mantle’s growth.

  • Deal Execution: Own end-to-end execution of BD deals from initial outreach/negotiation to onboarding and integration, ensuring smooth delivery.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research on landscape and top DeFi protocols to identify new opportunities and learnings.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across engineering, legal, and marketing to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Process Improvement: Establish and refine processes for partner integration and project delivery to ensure fast turnaround and high quality.

  • Reporting: Track progress on partnership integrations and product launches; clearly communicate status and risks to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, business development or ecosystem/product management at a chain, centralized exchange, or top DeFi protocol with a reputation for rapid delivery.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle full-cycle execution: from initial deal structuring/negotiation through to project management and delivery.

  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills for both internal stakeholders and external partners; able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

  • Deep understanding of Ethereum Layer 2 solutions, DeFi protocols, and the Web3 ecosystem.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in Sales/CRM management is a plus.
