Your Mission:
• Manage and execute a comprehensive Local SEO strategy for our Google Business Profiles nationwide.
• Elevate WindshieldHUB’s local visibility and brand authority in every community we serve.
• Drive organic lead generation and inbound calls through GBP optimization.
• Reduce marketing spend while supporting sustainable, profitable growth.
• Consistently outperform local competitors through strategic search visibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBPs) across multiple
service regions
✅Implement and maintain UTM tracking and call tracking for accurate lead attribution.
✅ Conduct Local SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
✅ Manage local citations, backlink strategies, and reputation initiatives.
✅ Monitor and improve Local Pack rankings across target markets.
✅Collaborate with internal teams for technical SEO fixes and localized content strategies.
✅ Provide clear, actionable reporting on performance, growth, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
✔️ 5+ years of Local SEO experience with a proven track record of ranking businesses in the Google 3-Pack.
✔️ Expertise in Google Business Profile management and optimization at scale.
✔️ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to Local SEO performance.
✔️ Hands-on experience with BrightLocal, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of local search algorithms, citation management, and competitive Local SEO strategies
✔️ Experience with UTM tracking and call attribution for performance reporting.
✔️Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
✔️ Ownership mentality with a focus on results and measurable KPIs.
