Account Executive DACH (Swiss German-speaking) / (German + French-speaking)
Location: Remote (Within +/- 2 hours of CET)
Contract type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from €50,000 OTE per annum gross (60% base / 40% bonus), subject to location, skills and experience

More Than a Role
The Swiss market is full of ambitious companies trapped by hiring borders. A Zurich scale-up has found the perfect engineer in Lisbon but doesn’t know how to employ her compliantly. A Basel founder wants to put fresh funding into expanding to three countries by next quarter. As our Account Executive Switzerland, your mission is powerful: Open up the world’s talent pool to Swiss companies.
This role is built for an AE who already knows how to close and is ready to take full ownership of their deals. You win by advising with substance, not by pushing a product. You’re confident in front of decision-makers, curious enough to ask the questions others don’t, and ambitious about your numbers: hitting target is the minimum, outperforming it is what drives you. Your energy shows in your can-do attitude and follow-through, day in, day out.
Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity:
- Command Your Territory: Own the full sales cycle for your Swiss accounts, from first conversation to onboarded talent.
- Curious Questioner: Ask the second and third question. Uncover where, why and how fast a company is hiring, and what’s at stake if compliance goes wrong.
- Champion Builder: Equip your HR champion with the arguments Finance, Legal and leadership care about, so decision-makers see the value, not just the price.
- Deal Momentum: Create urgency, negotiate with confidence and keep deals moving.
- Self-Made Pipeline: Roll your sleeves up and team up with the BDRs to go after the biggest opportunities in your territory.
What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…
- Your Background: At least 1 year of closing experience as an AE in B2B SaaS, with a track record of hitting or beating your quota. You’re self-driven and ready to walk us through your numbers.
- Discovery & Qualification: You run sharp discovery and qualify with a methodology such as MEDDICC, so you know early which deals are real.
- Outbound DNA: A cold call is a chance, not a threat. You know how to get a busy founder’s attention, from a well-timed call after a funding round to a voice note they actually listen to.
- AI-Savvy & Organized: AI is a natural part of how you work, making you faster and sharper every day. And your HubSpot (or similar CRM) is always up to date.
- Coachable: You ask for feedback and put it into action the same day.
- Swiss German Native: Native Swiss German and business-fluent English. You understand what makes Swiss buyers tick. / Or you Fluent in Both German and French
Bonus Points If You Bring:
- existing network among HR leaders or founders in Switzerland
- Experience with HR tech, payroll, EOR or other compliance-heavy solutions
- French language skills, to open doors in Romandy too
- Creativity in getting your foot in the door: find a smart way to reach the hiring managers directly, and show them why you’re the right person for this role
