At World Business Lenders (WBL), we provide flexible, short-term commercial loans backed by real estate to help small and medium-sized businesses across the United States, particularly those facing difficulties with traditional financing.
- This position is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Applicants should have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

- Education:
Law degree (licensed attorney preferred).
- Experience:
Ideally 3+ years of professional experience.
Experience working within established companies or mid-to-large law firms is strongly preferred.
Industry Background:
Corporate law, real estate, finance, or a related practice area. The ideal candidate has experience operating in structured environments and supporting business-facing legal functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and manage the billing process, including coordination and tracking.
Prepare and review LTRs, RFPs, and engagement letters.
Review, draft, and analyze agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Maintain and update internal dashboards (Monday.com), ensuring accurate tracking of legal matters and deadlines.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support ongoing legal and operational needs.
Technical Skills Required:
- Licensed lawyer with strong contract review and drafting experience.
- Experience with corporate documentation and structured reporting.
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and productivity platforms.
