At World Business Lenders (WBL), we provide flexible, short-term commercial loans backed by real estate to help small and medium-sized businesses across the United States, particularly those facing difficulties with traditional financing.
- This position is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Applicants should have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Finance, translation & interpretation related field preferred.
Experience:
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Previous roles in data entry, lending, intake, credit, financial analysis, or similar positions are preferred, with a specific advantage for those with private lending experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Outlook, Word, and Excel (formulas, data review, and basic analysis)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a bonus
- Familiarity with CRM systems or document management tools would be a great advantage
- Comfortable using technology and eager to pick up new software quickly
Soft Skills Required
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Great at promoting teamwork and collaboration across different departments.
Proficient in handling tight deadlines while balancing multiple tasks.
Careful attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills.
Self-motivated individual who loves to learn, research, and solve problems independently.
Ability to ask thoughtful questions and take initiative in spotting and tackling challenges.
