We develop and manage Wasatch Peaks Ranch, a private mountain community just outside Salt Lake City in the Wasatch Front mountains. Our members enjoy skiing, golfing, and many other year-round outdoor activities. Our work involves all aspects of real estate development and the daily management of club facilities, from initial planning to operational support.

We’re a small team of 1-10 people. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, with team members often working together on special projects and across departments. As we’re still developing the ranch, you’ll often be in a construction-in-progress environment. You’ll get hands-on experience in both real estate and club operations, learning from experienced professionals. Some roles, like Benefits Administrator, might allow for hybrid work after initial training, but many positions require you to be on-site in Morgan, Utah, though we offer some flexibility with hours. We particularly value candidates with hospitality experience for certain roles.
