Blue Prism RPA Developer

The Client is an established international bank. With the expansion of their business, they are looking for a Blue Prism RPA Developer.

Job Description:

- ‎Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer, support and course trainer as assigned.

- ‎Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign and/or re-engineering.

- ‎Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document the automation workflows based on Blue Prism Process and Object Template.

- ‎Create, develop and/or review business requirements documents (BRD), and solution design documents (SDD).

- ‎Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to drive successful adoption.

- ‎Embrace the RPA implementation best practices. Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, reusable, maintainable and easy to understand.

- ‎Create and document test procedures, scenarios and cases for the pre-UAT and UAT phases.

- ‎Test packages in the environment it will be hosted in or supported deployment environments, with responsibility for overall testing cycle.

- ‎Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation process.

- ‎Provide L1 – L3 support to the existing automations/processes, review and improve documentation, and implement the change request according to the priority of incident and request.

- ‎Analyse and/or determine root cause of incident, and problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) parameters with business.

- Degree in in Computer Science or related discipline.

- ‎Possess 3 to 6 years of hands-on RPA experience, including 2-3 years in Blue Prism (previously or current). Proven experience on developing automation solutions using Blue Prism.

- ‎Advanced skills in understanding, analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.

- ‎Ability to understand, analyse complex requirements and define technical and functional advanced solutions.

- ‎Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/ Rest API, etc., as well as of RDBMS and open-source DB.

- ‎Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.

- Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or AGILE methodology.

- ‎Prior hands-on experience in Terminal session RPA (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) with terminals like AS400/VT, TN3270, TN5250/VT, Mainframe etc.

- Work well within a multi-disciplinary culturally diverse teams and inclusive environments, but also independently.

- Disciplined and able to meet agreed deadlines with demonstrable productivity.

- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

- Willing and able to travel domestically, regionally and internationally.

- Written and spoken fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu to liaise with Bahasa Melayu speaking clients/stakeholders.
