In dieser Rolle bist du die zentrale Stütze für unsere Teams und konzentrierst dich darauf, unsere Organisation als strategische:r Partner:in weiterzuentwickeln. Du begleitest unsere Führungskräfte durch alle Phasen des Employee Lifecycles und stellst sicher, dass wir intern optimal aufgestellt sind.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du agierst als vertrauenswĂĽrdige:r Sparringspartner:in fĂĽr unsere Leads und berätst diese proaktiv zu allen People- und Organisations-Themen innerhalb ihres Verantwortungsbereichs.

  • Du steuerst und begleitest strategische HR-Themen wie das Performance Management und Feedback-Zyklen und nutzt Daten, um die Entwicklung unserer Teams zu fördern.

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und verhandelst Personalangelegenheiten souverän, lösungsorientiert und stets im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmenswerten.

  • Du ĂĽbernimmst Eigenverantwortung fĂĽr zentrale People-Projekte, wie beispielsweise die DurchfĂĽhrung und Auswertung unserer Mitarbeiterumfragen (Pulse Checks).

  • Du erstellst regelmäßige HR-Reports und leitest aus den Kennzahlen konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen fĂĽr das Management und die Fachbereiche ab.

  • Du ĂĽbernimmst operative Tätigkeiten wie beispielsweise die Beantragung von A1-Zertifikaten oder das Erstellen diverser Dokumente wie Zeugnisse.

  • Du unterstĂĽtzt bei Bedarf aktiv unser Talent Acquisition Team und ĂĽbernimmst eigenständig Recruiting-Prozesse, insbesondere wenn es um den weiteren Ausbau deines eigenen Fachbereichs geht.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfĂĽgst ĂĽber 2 bis 4 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Rolle, idealerweise in einem agilen Umfeld oder einem Unternehmen mit B2B- bzw. E-Commerce-Bezug.

  • Du hast ein gutes GespĂĽr fĂĽr Menschen und Teamdynamiken – du merkst schnell, wenn etwas unter der Oberfläche brodelt, und gehst proaktiv darauf ein.

  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes datengetriebenes Mindset mit; du liebst es, mit Kennzahlen zu arbeiten, HR-Reportings zu erstellen und deine Entscheidungen auf Basis von Fakten zu treffen.

  • Kommunikation zählst du zu deinen klaren Stärken - du kannst dich schnell auf unterschiedliche Stakeholder einstellen und ĂĽberzeugst durch deine empathische und gleichzeitig strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

  • Du hast bereits bewiesen, dass du HR-Projekte (wie z.B. Onboarding-Konzepte oder Feedback-Tools) eigenständig von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung fĂĽhren kannst.

  • Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich im Remote-Setup, schätzt ein schnelllebiges Umfeld und hast Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv zu optimieren.

  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
