About the role
We’re looking for a Product Training Specialist to design and scale impactful training experiences around Yodeck’s product. In this role, you’ll help customers, partners, and internal teams better understand and adopt our platform, by creating structured learning programs and high-quality training content. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our training reflects real customer needs and continuously evolves alongside the product.
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve scalable product training and certification programs for customers, partners, and internal teams
- Build strong expertise in Yodeck’s product, key features, and core use cases to create relevant training experiences
- Create clear, engaging training resources that help different audiences confidently use and position the product
- Maintain and continuously update training materials to reflect product updates, new features, and best practices
- Contribute to a high-quality training experience that strengthens product credibility with customers and partners
- Support internal onboarding initiatives by developing relevant product training content
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align training with onboarding needs and recurring customer challenges
Must Have
- Strong interest in helping others understand and confidently use technology or digital products
- Technical background or hands-on experience working with digital products, SaaS platforms, or technical solutions
- Good understanding of web application concepts, including web services and APIs
- Experience working directly with customers and internal teams to support product adoption
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working with high ownership and autonomy
Nice to Have
Experience in designing or delivering training programs, certifications, or onboarding initiatives
Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g. LMS platforms, video tools, documentation tools)
Experience in Customer Success, Support, or Product-related roles within a SaaS environment
Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt content to different audiences
Exposure to product-led growth environments or scaling training programs
