We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our GTM team. You’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our Go-to-Market teams with data-driven insights that fuel growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Operate with significant autonomy and a clear mandate to transform our analytics and elevate performance across multiple core domains
You’ll be:
- Defining KPIs and measuring them for the GTM different groups (Marketing, Sales, and Partners) to track performance and drive strategic initiatives
- Building reports, dashboards, and metrics to deliver actionable insights
- Serving as an analytics focal point, working closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams
- Identifying and automating manual or repetitive processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across analytics workflows
Your experience:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (we use Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High level of independence and self-motivation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst or similar role
- BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience in modeling data tables and building scalable data models
- Experience with NetSuite
