We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team. You’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our GTM group and broader go-to-market teams with data-driven insights that fuel growth, efficiency, and innovation.

You’ll be:
- Define KPIs and measure them for the GTM group to track performance and drive strategic initiatives
- Build reports, dashboards, and metrics to deliver actionable insights
- Serve as an analytics focal point, working closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams
Your experience:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (we use Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High level of independence and self-motivation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst or similar role
- BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience in modeling data tables and building scalable data models
