We are seeking a highly capable, operations-minded professional to take full ownership of a long-standing customer account. This is not a traditional track-and-trace or reactive coordination role - you will manage 100% of the freight flow for a high-volume customer, acting as the day-to-day operational owner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own all order entry and operational coordination for the assigned account

  • Review incoming orders and determine the correct execution path (warehouse, live load, cross-border, container arrival, etc.)

  • Call consignees in advance to confirm delivery readiness, space availability, and storage/hold requests

  • Apply sound judgment for repeat consignees using established SOPs (email vs. phone call)

  • Communicate directly with customers for clarification instead of defaulting to internal escalation

  • Ensure all orders are set up correctly before releasing or dispatching freight

  • Coordinate with internal tracking, warehouse, and operations teams without creating duplicate work

  • Maintain clear, professional documentation and notes within the system

  • Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies

Requirements

  • Logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Confident phone presence for customer and consignee communication

  • High attention to detail with ability to see the big picture

  • Strong critical thinking and common sense

  • Ability to make independent decisions within established guidelines

  • Comfortable working remotely while staying aligned with the team

  • Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset

  • Not afraid to ask questions - to the right people

  • Able to handle ambiguity without over-escalating

Working conditions:

  • Working schedule: 08:00 - 17:00 EST
