We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Overnight Logistics Support Specialist to support our US commercial trucking operations. This role is focused on maintaining visibility of shipments, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between overnight and daytime teams.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and update shipment tracking information for active loads
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client emails
Provide real-time updates on shipment status to customers and internal teams
Identify and flag urgent issues or delays for escalation to daytime staff
Maintain accurate records of communications and shipment updates
Ensure continuity of information between shifts through clear handovers
Working conditions:
- Working schedule:
Shift 1: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Shift 2: 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Remote mode of work

What You’ll Do
Keep track of active shipments and update their status
Respond to inbound emails from clients (mostly US-based)
