Zinc Network

We are a full-service communications agency. We work with governments, communities, businesses, and NGOs to tackle complex global issues and create positive social change. We use our in-house resources across our regional offices in London, Tbilisi, and Warsaw, along with remote team members globally. Zinc Network has 51-200 employees.

Our in-house services include quantitative and qualitative research, OSINT, strategy development, media development, digital marketing, and training. We also partner with specialist organizations for policy shaping, product and service design, and organizational change programs. Our method combines robust research, behavioral science, and creativity through an eight-stage process. This involves mapping problems, understanding audiences, diagnosing influences, designing interventions, ideating solutions, co-creating with partners, delivering projects, and ensuring sustainability.

Our work focuses on areas like good governance, information integrity and media freedom, countering extremism and radicalisation, preventing online harms (including child sexual abuse), animal and environmental welfare, and building civil society capacity. We are also moving towards becoming a product-led organization, working to commercialize our Kora platform and integrate AI-enabled workflows.
