Job description
Weβre looking for a killer email marketer who owns the channel end-to-end in Klaviyo and treats email like a revenue engine.
Responsibilities:
Full ownership of Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability)
Continuous A/B testing (subject lines, copy, offers, timing, segments)
Monthly newsletters + promotional sends
Coordination with internal team for launches, promos, and sales
Deliverability monitoring and list health management
Clear reporting on revenue, engagement, and performance
3-5 years of working experience in email marketing.
Proven experience driving revenue via email (not just engagement)
Strong copy instincts + testing discipline
Understands deliverability, warming, and list hygiene
Self-directed and outcome-driven
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
