WHAT YOU DO
GCP Analytics Mastery: You deep-dive into complex datasets within the Google Cloud Platform, leveraging BigQuery to build high-performance, scalable analytical models that serve as a “single source of truth.”
Enterprise Synergy: You bridge the gap between legacy ERP ecosystems and modern cloud environments, ensuring seamless data flow, logic consistency, and business-ready schemas.
Data Storytelling & Influence: You craft high-impact narratives using Google Workspace. You don’t just report numbers; you persuade stakeholders and provide the evidence needed to drive organizational change.
Cross-Functional Leadership: You partner with Data Engineers and Architects to ensure end-to-end pipelines are not only functional but architecturally optimized for cost-efficiency and query speed.
WHO YOU ARE
Consulting Mindset: You bring a strong background in IT or Management Consulting, thriving in client-facing roles and navigating shifting priorities with professional poise.
GCP Subject Matter Expert: You are deeply familiar with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, specifically BigQuery and its integration with Gemini Enterprise for AI-augmented analytics.
Business-to-Tech Translator: You act as a strategic bridge between operations and engineering; you don’t just gather requirements — you proactively interview stakeholders to deconstruct complex workflows and codify them into robust, scalable business logic and data models.
Technical Core: You possess expert-level SQL skills and a profound understanding of Cloud Data Warehouse mechanics (partitioning, clustering, and optimization).
Domain Authority: You speak the language of the business. You understand the specific KPIs and underlying logic of Marketing, Sales, Logistics, or Manufacturing.
Visualization Pro: You are a master of Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, with a focus on creating intuitive, actionable dashboards.
Communication & Language: Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory. C1-Proficiency in German is highly preferred to lead local client engagements and workshops.
NICE TO HAVE
SAP Ecosystem: Familiarity with SAP Datasphere or other SAP modules (S/4HANA, BW).
Technical Versatility: Hands-on experience in Data Modeling or foundational Data Engineering.
