WHAT YOU DO
Technology Design & Advisory: Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable specifications for implementation teams.
Pre-sales & Client Facing: Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales (proposals, demos, and workshops). Explain technical feasibility and architectural decisions to stakeholders.
Technical Requirements & Backlog: Manage and prioritize the technical backlog, including environment setup, security best practices, and maintenance.
Project Leadership: Support client implementation by managing timelines, delivery quality, and potentially acting as a Scrum Master.

Ecosystem Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Admin Console.
Technical Infrastructure: Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), SSO, SAML, and Active Directory integration.
Automation: Proficiency in Google Apps Script and APIs for workflow automation and user lifecycle management
Fluent in English and either Vietnamese
