B-CPT-8115 Bilingual Lead Generation Specialist

REQUIRED SERVICE: Real Estate Business Support

REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry, Junior, Senior, Advanced

MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 20-25hrs/week

SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST

SHIFT HOURS: 9 AM-1 or 2 PM

SHIFT DAYS: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

  • Insurance Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for various insurance products through targeted outreach, social media and networking.
  • Real Estate Home Buyers Lead Generation: Source and qualify leads for potential home buyers and sellers in the real estate market.
  • Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing: Proactively follow up with leads, provide information, and develop strategies to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and transactions to ensure data integrity.
  • Insurance Policy Updates: Assist with processing policy changes and updates to keep client information accurate.
  • Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, calendar management, transaction coordination, letters, follow up, and general administrative tasks.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with all marketing efforts, including but not limited to: Email marketing, social media marketing, and content updates, coordinating ad campaigns for magazines, google, social media, billboards, and radio; assisting with market research to improve outreach and engagement
  • Transaction Coordination: Support real estate transactions by managing documentation,

deadlines, and communication between all parties. Coordinating & Scheduling inspections, appraisals, signpost, notification of upcoming deadlines, etc… - Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, book appointments, and obtain preliminary information from insurance prospects before transferring them for quotes and closing as applicable - Call and Email Handling: Answer incoming calls and make calls consistently throughout the shift including lead generation and follow up; answer all incoming calls and incoming emails. - Overflow Support: Provide other assistance as requested.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation for insurance and real estate industries.
  • Proven ability to close a deal
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills (In English and Spanish)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proactive and Ability to Take Initiative, ability to work independently and to stay on task without prompting
  • Ability to pick up and learn tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with SEO and Website creation is a plus

APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED

  • Marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, BoldTrail, EzLynx, ManyChats, Facebook, Instagram, Metricool, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube and similar applications
  • Ability to Use VOIP phone systems, texting, Google Voice
  • Software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). Dropbox, Canva, Onedrive
  • Must have a reliable internet and computer
