We’re looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our most strategic projects. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives across Strategy, Finance, Go-to-Market, People, or Brand, often involving cutting-edge technologies and AI-driven solutions
What will this person do:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover operational inefficiencies and highlight areas for optimization
- Build, manage, and analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets, transforming data into clear, actionable insights
- Develop and present strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and drive sustainable growth
- Work directly with company founders and senior leadership on high-impact projects, gaining exposure to key business decisions and initiatives
Requirements:
- A high-performing individual with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with SQL, including data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills, with full professional fluency in English (C1 level or above)
- Experience in business consulting will be highly valued
