Job description

In this role, you will:

  • Create a fantastic first impression to prospects while building a pipeline for Account Executives
  • Live in Salesforce, Salesloft, Nooks and Regie
  • Focus on building a great team environment for a fun and energetic atmosphere
  • Achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience
  • At least 1 year of outbound SDR/BDR experience at another technology company; ideally focused on larger MM/Enterprise-sized accounts (500+ FTEs)
  • Experience with outbound lead cultivation + inbound lead generation
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets
  • Skilled and comfortable on the phones; weโ€™re a heavy cold calling shop and expect you to bake this into your daily operating rhythm
  • Quick learner and can adapt to an ever-changing startup environment
  • Resourcefulness โ€“ Startups are a world of limited resources, you can โ€œget it doneโ€
  • Comfortable with video prospecting
  • Competitive spirit; eager to be a top performer and will to grind it out to get there

The annual OTE is up to $72,500 USD (base + bonus combined). The annual sales commission is uncapped in accordance with the relevant plan documents.
