RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Place outbound calls to curated lead lists to introduce agency services
- Qualify leads based on provided scripts and criteria
- Book appointments and manage calendars for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and lead information in CRM
- Follow up with leads via email, SMS, or phone as needed
- Handle objections and respond to inquiries with professionalism
- Continuously improve your pitch and process based on feedback and performance
- Participate in weekly training or alignment meetings with the sales team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time independently
- A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and noise-canceling headset
- Self-starter attitude with an eagerness to learn and adapt
