Superside is seeking a talented Conceptual Creative Lead to craft big ideas and drive bold, insight-driven creative for global brands. This is a hands-on leadership role for a world-class copywriter who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and innovation.
In this pivotal role, you’ll participate in elevating our creative capabilities while looking to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into our conceptual processes.
You’ll lead high-impact conceptual projects, especially across digital advertising and social media, translating strategy into standout campaigns. Whether you’re developing the big idea yourself or leading others to execute it, you’ll bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
- Lead creative development of conceptual work across digital channels for global brands.
- Set and uphold the creative standard for copy and conceptual work across teams.
- Build compelling campaign narratives and digital ideas that align with brand and business goals.
- Present ideas with clarity and strategic rationale to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Guide and mentor writers and designers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.
- Champion the use of AI tools to boost copy development, speed, and innovation.
- Partner with strategy, design, and customer teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Roll out and support new tools, workflows, and training to elevate creative processes.
- Stay on top of culture, trends, and consumer behavior to keep work fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple high-impact projects, ensuring on-time delivery at scale without compromising quality.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- BA or higher within Design, Creative, Comms, or similar fields
- 6+ years of experience as a world-class creative lead in an international top-tier creative agency or in-house creative team in a global tech company
- Strong portfolio of creative work
- Excellent presentation and design skills
- High level of knowledge and craft to provide top-notch copy
- Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset
- Experience managing creative projects in their entirety
- Experience leading a high-performing team (Copywriters, Art Directors, etc)
