Job Title: Data Review and Analysis Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations by reviewing and analyzing data across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying significant changes, flagging anomalies, and providing clear updates to the team. This role requires a high level of accuracy, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze data from multiple accounts daily
• Identify and report any notable changes or anomalies
• Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to manage and track data
• Provide concise, well-written updates and summaries of findings
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding flagged data
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in American English
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Prior experience in data analysis or similar roles is preferred
• Availability for 2–3 hours per day, with flexibility depending on workload
