SHIFT HOURS: 8AM-5PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to targeted commercial prospects daily.
- Engage potential clients in conversation to understand their business insurance needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for licensed commercial agents.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain contact with prospects who express interest.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and conversion quotas.
Qualifications
- Must have had success with cold calling sales call prospects in the past and must speak fluent and neutral accent English.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (insurance industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and resilient in handling rejection.
- Basic understanding of commercial insurance lines (or strong desire to learn).
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
