In this role, you will:
๐ Manage the day-to-day so Sandra can focus on vision, strategy, and high-value relationships. Leading the team based on our companyโs mission and core values.
๐ค Ensure that the team is aligned, and systems support sustainable growth. Overseeing client service operations to enhance results and client retention.
๐ Drive operational excellence and scalability by ensuring that every function of the business runs efficiently. Predicting capacity needs of our growing company and guiding the team in improving business processes and efficiencies to ensure profitability.
๐ก Conduct thorough audits of processes and systems, collaborating with the team to prioritise and implement improvements.
Success in this role looks like:
Systems and processes are fully optimized for consistent delivery, and scalability. Teams are empowered with clear accountability, streamlined workflows, and the resources they need to perform at their highest level. Performance metrics are providing real-time insights to keep everything on track. The CEO is freed from operational bottlenecks, able to focus on vision, innovation, and high-value relationships, while the business continues to grow predictably and sustainably.
Working Hours : This is a full-time position. While we keep ET office hours, we offer flexibility in scheduling. You can start early and end at 1pm or 2pm ET, aligning with our team’s needs. We are looking for at least a 3-4 hour overlap from 9am to 2pm EST.

To excel in this role, you need:
โ 5+ years of leadership experience in roles like operations management or account management.

โ Familiarity with the non-profit sector in the US is a plus!

Whatโs in it for you?
๐ฐ Competitive Salary: Earn a monthly salary of $3500 - $4000 per month*
๐ด Enjoy 27 days of vacation available for immediate use upon hire, with an additional day added each anniversary year up to year 4. Since there are no official holidays, you can use your PTO however you like.
๐ Receive 5 days of sick leave in the first year, with an additional day added on each anniversary year: 1 day at the 1st anniversary, 2 days at the 2nd anniversary, and 3 days at the 3rd anniversary. Our broad definition of “sick” allows for use in self-care, family care, or pet emergencies.
๐Take advantage of 5 days per year for compassionate leave, allowing time off for various circumstances including death of a loved one (including pets), injury or illness, childcare emergencies, miscarriage, separation/divorce, or disruption in housing or living conditions.
